Generali Investments was founded in 2008 under the name KD Funds. Its core business is asset management i.e the realization of financial returns depends on the structure of the managed portfolios. KD Funds joined the Generali Group in February 2019 and within this framework, continues its long tradition of providing outstanding asset management and investment services under a new corporate identity. The name of KD Funds has officially changed to Generali Investments in September 2019 and linked its brand identity to the iconic lion of St. Mark, the symbol of Venice and of the Generali Group.
The company has received consent from the Securities Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia for the establishment and management of open and closed investment funds, as well as a permit for asset management on behalf of an individual client – owner of a portfolio, as well as investment advice for clients.
Our funds invest in a full range of asset classes, including fixed income, deposits, money markets and, securities on markets world wide in a large variety of industries. Thanks to the wide array of investment products with a robust long-term potential that we offer, investors can create their own portfolio at any time according to their financial wishes and needs.
