Luka Podlogar graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, and received his master’s degree from the IESE Business School in Barcelona. He has more than 15 years of experience in management, having first graduated as an operations manager and assistant director at online services company Parsek. Between 2006 and 2010, he was employed by Citigroup in London as an investment banker in the area of ​​sales and acquisitions and financing of companies in the industrial and automotive sectors. In September 2010, he joined KD Group as an assistant to the CEO, where he was mainly responsible for the area of ​​corporate development. In the period from 2012 to 2022, he served as a member and chairman of the board of directors of Generali Investments, and in February 2023 he took over the management of NLB Skladi.

She was born on August 23, 1979. She graduated on the Faculty of Economics at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, afterwards, the post-graduate studies ends at the Institute de la Francophonie pour administration et la Gestation (IFAG) in Sofia.  She holds an investment consulting certificate issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Macedonia.  In the period from 2003 to 2008 she has been employed in Silmak, AAG and in the Pension Fund Management Company NLB Nov Penziski fond AD Skopje. Since 2008 she has been employed in KD Fondovi AD Skopje, as a portfolio manager. Since October 26, 2018 she was appointed Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of Generali Investments AD Skopje.

He was born on 16.10.1978. He graduated on the Faculty of Economics at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius “in Skopje, where he also completes the postgraduate studies in the field of Management of Business Administration (MBA). He holds a certificate for working with securities and an operating license of an investment advisor, issued by the SEC. Since 2001 he has worked as a specialist in documentary operations in international payment operations in the Foreign Exchange Operations Department of NLB Tutunska Banka AD Skopje. Since 01.06.2008 he has been continuously performing the function Chief Executive Officer of the Management Company.

Marjan Kochovski, born in 1975, graduated in economics – Department of Finance and Banking. He started his professional journey in 1999 as a journalist in the Economics Department of MRTV, where he focused on economic topics. He was responsible for reports on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, including trading and analysis of market developments. In 2002, he joined NLB Bank in the corporate banking department. In 2007, he was appointed to a management position within the Bank’s Business Network. In 2015, he was appointed regional director, a position he held until 2023, when he became director of the Business Network sector. In addition, he is a member of the Management Board of the Macedonian Bible Society. At the Assembly held on May 17, 2024, a decision was made to appoint a non-executive and independent member of the Board of Directors of the Management Company, with a mandate of six years.

Blaž Bračić, born in 1981, graduated from the Faculty of Economics. During his studies at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and immediately after, he worked with the Department of Statistics and was in charge of conducting exercises for the students. He graduated with a degree in Futures and Commodity Futures Management, where he dealt with the effects these derivative securities have on the overall risk of a diversified portfolio. He also received the Presser Award for his thesis. In 2005, he joined NLB Warehouses in the field of financial analysis and risk control. In the period from 2006 to 2008, he was employed by the company as a portfolio manager, and in 2009 he took over the management of the then newly established marketing and sales department. He performed this function as a department head, and later as a department director until 2018, when he was appointed a member of the company’s management board.

In the Management Board of NLB Skladi, is responsible for individual management of clients’ assets, ensuring compliance with the law in the area of ​​detection and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, risk control, information technology, development of products and services, direct sales of legal and large institutional investors, international operations and expanding operations to foreign markets, marketing, investor relations and public relations. From June 2020 onwards, he is a member of the Management Board of the Slovenian Association of Management Companies, which is also a full member of the European Association of Management Companies (EFAMA). Blaž is a member of the Supervisory Board in the UCITS fund management company KOMBANK INVEST a.d. Belgrade. At the Assembly held on May 17, 2024, a decision was made to appoint a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Management Company, with a mandate of six years.
